This book is currently in research and will feature accounts and experiences of first leadership steps to support the development of new leaders. Standing on the shoulders of others, it will support those starting out on their leadership journey. For more experienced leaders it will serve to remind them of the development journey new leaders need to undergo before becoming more complete and well-rounded.
